Technika Pomodoro jest jednym z najpopularniejszych sposob\u00f3w na zwi\u0119kszenie koncentracji i osi\u0105gni\u0119cie wi\u0119cej w kr\u00f3tszym czasie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pomodoro, czyli co?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pomodoro to technika zarz\u0105dzania czasem opracowana pod koniec lat 80 XX wieku przez Francesco Cirillo. Jej nazwa pochodzi od&#8230; nakr\u0119canego minutnika w kszta\u0142cie pomidora! (mia\u0142em kiedy\u015b taki). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generalnie ca\u0142a technika jest bardzo prosta i nie wymaga niewiadomo jakich narz\u0119dzi. Opiera si\u0119 ona na za\u0142o\u017ceniu, \u017ce cz\u0119ste przerwy na koncentracj\u0119 mog\u0105 pom\u00f3c w osi\u0105gni\u0119ciu lepszych wynik\u00f3w przy mniejszym wysi\u0142ku. Tak naprawd\u0119 na start wystarczy kartka papieru, d\u0142ugopis i dowolny zegarek, na kt\u00f3rym mo\u017cemy ustawi\u0107\u00a0alarm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pomodoro, czyli jak?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ca\u0142a technika pomodoro dzieli si\u0119 na kilka prostych krok\u00f3w. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">?1. Stw\u00f3rz list\u0119 zada\u0144 do wykonania<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mo\u017cesz zrobi\u0107 to w dowolnym programie do planowania zada\u0144, jak Nozbe, Asana, a nawet rozpisa\u0107\u00a0je na kartce papieru. Nast\u0119pnie posortuj je wed\u0142ug priorytet\u00f3w, aby m\u00f3c wykona\u0107 je po kolei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">?2.
